Melaina Barros
I am so proud of this young lady. Mel B, as I refer to her, has been as the saying goes, “a coach’s dream”. Mel came into our program as a catcher and became a rock solid outfielder. She has been asked to do many jobs in our program and never questioned or complained. She works hard everyday and I could always count on her to complete whatever task was asked of her - lead off, infield, outfield, giving suggestions to help the team, participate and kill our fundraisers, and all without a complaint. Mel has been a quiet leader for us and I will miss her work ethic and that thump on her back everytime she swings the bat. She will be attending Washington State University.

Holland Ericson
This lovely young woman is the spirit and smile of our team. Holland is an amazing center fielder and keeps our team laughing. We love when she sings, dances, and laughs. She brings a smile to my face and I am so lucky to have been a part of her high school softball career. Holland will be attending San Diego State University and I know she will do great things.

Lauren Tsuruda
This young, hardworking young woman has been our hitting rock. Lauren is an intelligent and dependable hitter. We could count on her to do her job everytime she stepped into the box. Lauren’s academics are another one of her strengths as she will be attending the University of Washington (her dream school). I have been a part of her high school softball career all four years and I am so proud of the woman she has become. She is a very smart and dedicated student athlete. I have loved watching her grow and find who she is and who she wants to be. I will miss her dedication to softball and her academics.

Grayce McClaughry
I had the absolute pleasure of having this amazing young lady for four years. Grayce has been a rock for the Varsity team, as our main catcher and captain for the past two years, she is not only a well respected player with her teammates but with the other highschool players and coaches as well. I have been so lucky to have been part of such a wonderful young lady’s high school softball career. The confidence she has gained in herself, her leadership on the team, her spirit and commitment, as well as her work ethic just demonstrates the amazing person she is and something that I can’t stop talking about. I know she is going to do great things and I will miss her very much. She will be heading to Colorado State.
